Yes. On the Business and Pro plans you file the advance VAT return, annual VAT return, EC sales list, Anlage EÜR and trade tax return straight from Kontelio – with your ELSTER certificate and PIN. Before sending, Kontelio checks the data with the official ELSTER software (ERiC), and the transmission log is stored with the return.
That is up to you. Many freelancers do their EÜR and VAT themselves. If you work with a tax advisor, the Business and Pro plans give them free access to your figures.
