GoBD export
Export the accounting data of a period as a Z3 package in GoBD format for a tax audit.
Under Exports for tax audits (GoBD) you create the data package the tax office may request during a tax audit. The package contains your accounting data in a format that the tax office's audit software can read directly. The export is available in all plans.
Create a Z3 package
- Choose the period covered by the audit. The Year before the current one is suggested. Under Period you can also choose a Custom period with From and To; it must lie within one calendar year.
- If needed, tick Include the document files.
- Click Create export.
The package is created in the background; a progress bar shows how far it is. When it is ready, the download of the ZIP file starts by itself. If the audit covers several years, create one package per year.
What the package contains
- Postings, accounts, business partners, tax keys and document data as CSV tables.
- A description file
index.xmlwith DTD, which the audit software uses to read the tables. - With Include the document files, also the files of the documents, for example receipts and invoices. The package then becomes considerably larger.
The data comes directly from the Kontelio journal, not from a DATEV file.
Good to know
- Only users with the right to export data can start the export (owners, administrators and accountants).
- The data of the tax subject selected in the app header is exported.
- If possible, close the period beforehand under Periods so that the package reflects the final state.
- Check with your tax adviser which period and which data the auditor requires before you hand over the package.
